White Chocolate
Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
2 tsp real vanilla extract
1 large banana
3 tbsp raw agave nectar
 tsp celtic sea salt
½ cup white chocolate (ground
into chunks) or raw cocoa butter
½ cup chopped macadamia nuts

1. Place cashews and almonds in your food processor and grind into flour.

2. Add the remaining ingredients except the white chocolate and chopped nuts and process. Add a little water if needed to get a dough consistency.

3. Add the white chocolate and chopped nuts and pulse chop 2 times.

4. Using your hands roll into balls and flatten into round cookie shapes. Place on a mesh sheet into your dehydrator at 105 degrees, for 12-14
hours.
